We, the undersigned, call on Cardiff Labour Councillors to restore two hours of free parking in car parks on Cowbridge Road East.

We further urge Cardiff Council to listen to local businesses and provide off-road parking options for small businesses west of Clive Road. Current parking charges and controlled parking zones are having a catastrophic impact on working people and local traders.
